The 2006 Principles, Standards, Components and Definitions are now available to all public health units. The remaining accreditation documents; An Introduction to Accreditation, The Agency Application Form, The Agency Questionnaire, Surveyor Worksheets, and The Surveyor Manual for an Accreditation Survey are now all approved and available to all public health units. Once again, the OCCHA Board of Directors would like to thank all of you who provided feedback on these standards.
